Possible ear infection?

Is there a specialty hospital near you where you could see a specialist? I know you don’t have an ER near by.
I would definitely call your vet in the morning and let them know there has been a relapse.
Is your cat indoors only

She's indoor only. I may try another vet. She seems to not be in life threatening danger. What should I talk to them about since ear infection is ruled out. Her blood came out normal.

I read on google that some antibiotics can cause vestibular disease. She had a an antibiotic shot for uti . Wonder if this may be the cause since it happen a week after her antibiotics

Mention it to the new vet. I think it is a very good idea to get a second opinion.

If you go to a new vet, start at the beginning and let them make their own decisions or investigations. Use some of what you posted here as a basis for your questions. Don't tell them that you are sure it is not an ear infection, but only that the other vet seems to have ruled it out.

If you are in the US, very likely all veterinary records are your property and have to be forwarded in a timely manner to the new vet. This may save some time and money.

Okay I will. Her appetite still good it seems. So guess it's not worse.

Did she have a Convenia shot? It's known to have a laundry list of side effects.

Well other vet couldn't find the cause but I told her about the antibiotic shot. So she may think it could be. Wish there is something to stop it
She's eating well and drinking well so no need for appetite stimulant and nausea medication.

My cat seems to lost her appetite. This vestibular disease still confuses me and I wonder if there is anything I can do to make it go away will she have to be on nausea meds all her life ? Or would she need an appetite stimulant. I don't know what to do or why she suddenly got this.
